FAQ
This is our first photoshoot, what should I know?
Relax and enjoy the process! Getting professional photos is a real treat and we are delighted to deliver timeless memories to you and your family. Once your booking is confirmed, we provide information on how you can prepare for the exciting day.
What should I wear?
We will prepare and consult with you before our photoshoot with helpful tips from our experience.
How many pictures will I receive?
We offer a variety of different art collections. We are happy to customize sizing of artwork per request.
Are you available outside of Vancouver?
Our services cover a 20km radius from North Vancouver. We are available outside of Vancouver with an additional travel fee.
What if my dog can't be off leash?
Most of our sessions take place with a leash on. Leashes are a great tool for safety and to support our dogs to stay focused during our photo sessions. We will provide gentle guidance throughout on how best we can support your dog throughout the photography session.
What if my dog is reactive?
We have worked with many dogs who are reactive to other dogs and humans. We provide support and preparation to ensure we have a successful session. One example of this may be to meet with your dog in-person a few days before our session so there is a sense of familiarity. Another example, may be to take extra time when we first meet to allow time for your dog to adjust.

Let's create your very own memories.
We have photographed in many different settings and are able to advise on what matches your vision most.
